Crystal Palace have signed one of England's most highly rated young prospects in agreeing a deal today for Adam Wharton from Blackburn Rovers. Wharton has been earmarked for a potential full England international role in the future, and Palace have shown their trust in the youngster after splashing £22 million to sign the midfielder.
Crystal Palace have sealed a move for Blackburn Rovers' 19-year-old starlet Adam Wharton in a deal worth around £22.5 million. The 19-year-old has agreed a long-term contract at Selhurst Park and it is hoped that Wharton will add the midfield dynamism that will help bolster their chances of Premier League survival this campaign.
Arsenal representatives have opened talks to sign Championship team Blackburn Rovers' starlet Adam Wharton before the end of the transfer window, with a view to signing the player on a permanent basis, with an agreement for the player to return to Ewood Park on loan for the 2023/24 campaign. The 19-year-old has impressed since making his debut for Rovers in 2022.
