Chelsea table fresh Raul Meireles bid?

Chelsea have tabled a new improved offer for Liverpool midfielder Raul Meireles, according to reports this Tuesday morning. It is believed that Chelsea have upped their offer to 10m GBP.

Andre Villas-Boas the Chelsea manager is a huge fan of Meireles and instructed his club representatives to everything possible to bring his fellow countryman to Stamford Bridge.
