Papiss Cisse flatted by Sunderland enquiries

Freiburg striker Papiss Cisse is flattered to have been linked with an 8 million GBP move from Germany to Sunderland. The Senegalese striker has also been linked with a move to Tyneside rivals Newcastle.

Speaking to Bild, Cisse said: "I am of course interested with moving. My dream is to play in England eventually."


Sunderland are hoping to bring a new striker to the club before the end of the transfer window, as Nicklas Bendtner has failed to impress Martin O'Neill so far.
