Genoa announce Strasser signing

Serie A side Genoa have announced the signing of 23 year old Sierra Leone midfielder Rodney Strasser from AC Milan.

As part of the deal,  Milan have secured the playing rights of Guinean midfielder Kevin Constant according to a statement released by Genoa. 


Strasser moved to the Rossoneri club in 2011 but failed to make his way into the first team. The defensive midfielder spent a season each at Parma and Lecce on loan before finally being allowed to leave for Genoa this summer.


Constant moved to San Siro last summer as part of a co ownership deal with Genoa and made 25 appearances for the Serie A side. Milan have secured the remaining ownership of the player in exchange of Rodney Strasser's transfer to Genoa.
