Valencia in search of Soldado's replacement

Valencia sport director Braulio Ortiz has revealed that the club is in search of replacements for departing striker Roberto Soldado.
The La Liga club are set to lose their star striker, who netted 28 times last season for Los Che, to Tottenham after agreeing a fee with the London side.
Valencia have been linked with a move for Arsenal hitman Olivier Giroud as well as a loan move for Manchester United striker Chicharito Hernandez. Ortiz admitted that the above are ebing considered as possible replacements but added that the financial situation at the Mestalla is going to dictate their transfer strategy.
"Those targets are true," Ortiz said.
"We have a long list of interesting names, but money is key to the subject," he added.
"The economic situation obliges Valencia to support a strategy and loans could be key this summer."
