Ola Toivonen PSV contract talks ongoing

Sweden international Ola Toivonen is locked in talks with his current club PSV Eindhoven and representatives thrashing out a new agreement for a fresh contract at the club.

Despite interest from Norwich City and Everton, Toivonen could stay at his current club for a long term deal.


"We’re talking all the time," said Toivonen's agent Mino Raiola. "I think it’s normal that we take time to understand what his future will be.


"PSV’s position is very clear and their offer is good – but I’m not sure if that’s enough for Ola.


"We can’t conclude an agreement if either party is dissatisfied."
