Monaco leading race to sign Tom Ince?

Ambitious Ligue 1 side Monaco are leading the queue to sign Blackpool's midfielder Tom Ince on a free transfer. The England under-21 star is currently in the last six months of his contract.

According to the Bosman rule, a player is able to speak to foreign clubs abroad when they have entered the final six months of their contract deal. Tom Ince has long been linked with a move to some of the Premier League's biggest sides but so far Blackpool have rejected all approaches for their star asset.


With Blackpool resigned to the fact that they will be losing the winger in the summer, it appears that Monaco are ready to win the battle for his coveted signature.


Ince has instructed his agent to enter talks with the Ligue 1 title chasing hopefuls.
