Inter Milan to join race for Man Utd target?

Inter Milan are reportedly set to battle it out with Manchester United for the services of Sporting Lisbon midfielder William Carvalho this summer.

According to La Gazetta dello Sport, the Red Devils were believed to have reached to an agreement with the Primeira Liga giants over the transfer of the 22-year-old. However, following the dismissal of David Moyes, the deal looks in doubt.

 

The report also claims that this has alerted Nerazzurri, who are understood to be keen on strengthening their midfield options during the summer transfer window, as they aim to get back to the glory days under business tycoon and owner Erick Thohir.
