DeAndre Yedlin eager to join Spurs in January

DeAndre Yedlin is hopeful of starting his career at Tottenham Hotspur in the upcoming transfer window.

The 21-year-old joined Spurs from Seattle Sounders in the summer, before he was loaned back for the rest of the MLS season.

The USA international has now admitted that he is eagerly waiting for his chance to play for the North London club, and is keen on a return during the New Year.

"Am I ready to go in January? I don't know when I'm going," He said. "Would I like to? Yes, I'd like to get there and help but I don't know all the ins and outs of that process so I'll just have to wait and see what happens. "I think [Seattle] would be happy for me to go."
