Vlad Chiriches to complete Roma move

Tottenham defender Vlad Chiriches will end his Premier League nightmare and complete a transfer to AS Roma The Serie A side will pay 3 million euros for the Romanian.

The highly rated defender has failed to play for the White Hart Lane side on a regular basis and manager Mauricio Pochettino agreed to let the Romanian international leave this month.

Roma and Spurs have been locked in talks over a transfer fee and the Italians believe they have now come to an agreement on a deal.

With Spurs set to make some big transfer moves in the market before the window closes, it is understood a replacement is already lined up.

Chiriches will sign a four year contract with the Italian club.
