Tim Cahill leaves New York Red Bulls

Tim Cahill has left NY Red Bulls and can now join a club on a free transfer. Sunderland are rumoured to be in the race for his signing.

Cahill has parted company with the MLS side and has been monitored by several other teams. The Australian made a move to the USA from Everton in 2013 and is said to be looking for a return to the Premier League.
