Star midfielder plays down Man Utd interest

Manchester United have received a blow in the pursuit of one of the best midfielders from the Bundesliga.

Hoffenheim midfield sensation Roberto Firmino has been associated with a summer switch to the Red Devils, having earlier revealed his desire to exit the German outfit.

However, the 23-year-old has now insisted that he has yet to assess his options for the summer, as his main focus remains on helping the club earn a Europa League spot for the next campaign.

Firmino has scored nine goals in 30 games for his club this season.
