Sunderland line up move for Sam Byram
Sunderland are plotting a summer bid for Leeds United defender Sam Byram.
The 21-year-old has been a key member for the Yorkshire outfit since his debut in 2012.
The Mail claims that the Black Cats are planning a £5m bid for the talented youngster, but could face stiff competition from the likes of Liverpool and Newcastle United for his signature.
It is added that Leeds are unlikely to accept anything less than £8m for the forward-thinking right-back.
