Atletico Madrid agree fee for Nicolas Gaitan

Manchester United target Nicolas Gaitan looks set to make a move to La Liga with Atletico Madrid this summer.

The Argentine has been in top form for Benfica in recent seasons, and this has attracted interest from the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United.

However, reports in Spain cite that Atleti have agreed to meet the release of the talented midfielder, which currently stands in excess of £20m.

Long-term United target Gaitan has three years left in his existing deal at Benfica.
