Hull City sign Arsenal's Chuba Akpom on loan

Championship side Hull City have sealed a season-long loan for Arsenal striker Chuba Akpom.

The 19-year-old was in top form for the Gunners in pre-season, and scored a hat-trick during his side's 4-0 over Singapore Select XI in the Barclays Asia Trophy.

Akpom has now agreed to ply his trade on loan with the Tigers, who aim to gain promotion to the Premier League in the first coming.

Hull City have also completed a loan deal for Akpom's fellow teammate Isaac Hayden.
