West Brom join Jonny Evans race

West Bromwich Albion have become the latest club to be linked with a move for out-of-favour Manchester United defender Jonny Evans.

The Northern Ireland international has been tipped to make way from Old Trafford this summer, as he does not feature in manager Louis van Gaal's plans for the future.

Widespread reports now claim that the Baggies will look to seal a deal for the 27-year-old central defender.

However, United are adamant that they will not offload the talented defender unless their £12m asking price is met.
