Ajax want £15m for Liverpool target El Ghazi

Liverpool will have to cough up a sum of at least £15m if they are to sign Anwar El Ghazi from Ajax this summer. The 21-year-old is regarded as one of the brightest talents in the Eredivisie.

El Ghazi featured in 27 games for Ajax last term as they came second to PSV Eindhoven by a margin of just two points.

According to Italian publication Tempo, the Reds have shown interest in landing the Netherlands international and this has urged the Lancers to place a price tag on his head.

Lazio and Wolfsburg are also in contention for the youngster, who is rated in the £15m range.

El Ghazi netted 11 goals in 37 outings for Ajax last term. He also earned his first two caps for the Netherlands during the Euro 2016 qualifiers.
