Amauri calls for Man Utd

Palermo striker Amauri has talked up rumours of a possible move to the Premiership after revealing that Man Utd were also interested in signing him. Juventus are believed to be in pole position for the striker.

“Milan, Barcelona, Juventus, and now Chelsea, we’ll see, oh and there’s even Real Madrid, I forgot about them,” Amauri told Sky Sport Italia.

“Manchester United? Now we’ll talk a little with Ferguson, why doesn’t he come to see Palermo play and then may be even they might enter the race for me.”

“Do I look like Drogba? It must be the hair. When I played for Chievo all my team mates used to tell me my hair looked like his, and the way I play too.”
