Aston Villa for Bullard
Aston Villa for Bullard
Aston Villa are reportedly targetting Fulham midfielder Jimmy Bullard. The former Wigan player is regarded as one of Fulham's best players, and as they head towards the Championship, Bullard will be ready to make a move to another Premiership side.
It seems that Martin O'Neill is preparing the final touches to a £5 million offer for Bullard, who managed to rescue a late point against Blackburn with a late, superb free kick.
He has just made a return from long-term injury and has proved that he can still battle with the best, despite fears that the injury could ruin his career.
The Fulham midfielder is also a target of Middlesbrough and Gareth Southgate, who has been handed a £20 million summer warchest.
