Tuncay chased by Fenerbahce

Sanli Tuncay is reportedly being chased by his old club Fenerbahce. The Turkish striker has been a regular at Middlesbrough this season, but is believed to be ready to make the move back to his homeland.

Middlesbrough look to have avoided the drop from the Premiership this year, but Tuncay is one of the players that Southgate would be willing to let go as he prepares for next season.

Tuncay is also being monitored by Fenerbahce's rivals Galatasaray; and it is believed Middlesbrough may let Tuncay leave for a cut price £1.5 million.

Tuncay has been a useful player for Boro this season scoring a few important goals; but with Afonso Alves ready to fire in the first-team shortly Tuncay is unlikely to avoid the cull.
