Frank Lampard reacts to Chelsea loss at Arsenal
Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has expressed his frustration after the Blues suffered a disappointing 3-1 defeat to Arsenal in the Premier League.
The west London giants had the chance to go second on the table with a victory, but instead, they suffered a loss which has dropped them to sixth.
Speaking after the game, Lampard was far from impressed with the effort put in by the players and expressed his dissatisfaction over the display.
"When you go out and play 60 or 70 per cent then you're not going to win any games. I am angry because I want us to win games. It was an opportunity to go second. You get what you deserve," He said via Football.London.
The Blues have lost their way over the past few weeks and they have suffered three defeats in the previous four league games.
They now have a tricky encounter against high-flying Aston Villa on Monday night before they entertain Manchester City next weekend.
Their recent defeats have all been on the road and Lampard will be hoping for a change in fortunes in the next couple of games at home.
