Chelsea regret Fikayo Tomori transfer decision
Chelsea are regretting the decision to allow Fikayo Tomori to join AC Milan on loan during the January transfer window.
The England international played just 44 minutes of league football during the first half of the season and he was subsequently loaned out to Milan.
The centre-back has since impressed in his 10 appearances and the Rossoneri are already thinking over a permanent transfer.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the San Siro giants have the option to buy as part of the loan deal and they are seriously considering the clause.
It is added that the Blues are already regretting the decision to offload Tomori and ex-boss Frank Lampard is said to have influenced the move.
Tomori recently starred for Milan in the 1-1 draw against Manchester United in the first leg of the Europa League last 16.
He is expected to keep his starting spot when the Red Devils make the trip to San Siro for the return leg on Thursday night.
