Erik ten Hag sends warning to Donny van de Beek
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has sent a warning to Donny van de Beek ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash against Fulham.
The Dutchman has started the last three games for the Red Devils, but his performances have been pretty woeful in each of those.
As a result, he is set to be dropped on Sunday and Ten Hag has said that he needs to improve on his performances going forward.
The manager added that the 25-year-old won't be loaned out again and he either needs to prove himself or head for the exit door.
He said: “I don’t think a loan [makes] sense. It’s either he fights [for] himself and proves himself, in this atmosphere in this environment, or he goes."
Van de Beek has been playing in his shadows at United and the club could seriously consider selling him at the beginning of the year.
The same goes for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who has played just four minutes of competitive football throughout the ongoing campaign.
