Arsenal want to sign Declan Rice and Moises Caicedo?

Arsenal are determined to land West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice this summer regardless of their pursuit of Moises Caicedo.
The Gunners are currently focused on pursuing a new defensive midfielder and have their sights on landing Caicedo from Brighton.
Even if they succeed in signing him, The Telegraph claim that the Gunners will still make an approach for Rice during the summer.
The Hammers are quite clear that the England star is not for sale this month but their stance will change at the end of the season.
Rice has no plans of signing a new contract with the club and they are widely expected to sanction his sale for around £80 million.
Chelsea have been leading the race for Rice over a number of years but they are now behind the Gunners in the pursuit of his services.
Champions League football is said to be a priority for the Hammers captain and Chelsea seem unlikely to qualify for the competition.
