Eto'o linked with Tottenham

Tottenham are persistently being linked with a host of strikers, and Samuel Eto'o is the latest one to join the list. Tottenham are reportedly preparing a £20 million offer for the Barcelona man.

Eto'o was jeered by his own fans as Barcelona slumped to 3-2 defeat against Real Mallorca; and many at the Catalan giants believe that the Cameroon international striker has already decided he will be leaving the club.

Dimitar Berbatov has been linked with a move away from Tottenham, with Chelsea being the club linked most often to the Bulgarian.

It seems that Tottenham may be prepared to use the money from any transfer of Berbatov to splash out on Eto'o; who Juande Ramos is a known admirer of.
