Inter Milan plan loan-to-buy proposal for Romelu Lukaku

Inter Milan are planning a fresh loan-to-buy proposal for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku this summer.

The Belgium international rejoined the Nerazzurri on loan last summer. He had a decent season with 14 goals and seven assists.

The San Siro giants are open to re-signing the 30-year-old, and they are prepared to entice the Blues with an interesting offer.

Inter are willing to pay around €10 million to re-sign the striker on loan with an option to buy for €30m at the end of the season.

Chelsea could prefer a mandatory buy option instead, but there is optimism that an agreement could be reached between the sides.

Lukaku has already turned down a lucrative salary from Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia, and he is determined to continue in Europe.

His main priority are Inter Milan at the moment. The Nerazzurri also share the same view after his impressive late season form.

Lukaku is likely to accept a 50 per cent pay-cut to rejoin Inter.
