Steppe unaware of Chelsea

Promising Belgian goalkeeper Kenny Steppe has denied that he knows of any interest surrounding his future at his current club, and is unaware of the interest of Premiership giants Chelsea.

The keeper plays for Germinal Beerschot in Belgium and Spurs had also been interested in the player.

"I have heard nothing myself from Chelsea," he informed Gazeta van Antwerpen.

"This top club will have a list of goalkeepers but I do not lie awake [at night].

"I'm still very young and it's been good until now in Belgium to play at the highest level."
