Marcelo Moreno to Spurs?

Bolivian striker Marcelo Moreno will be one of the most mentioned transfer targets this summer as it appears that Tottenham are lining up a £6 million off for the talented youngster.

Shakhtar Donetsk have reportedly tabled the biggest offer for the player so far, bidding £5 million to land the player.

"The proposal was well short of what we expected," said Alvimar Perrella, the Cruzeiro president. "Of course, they should return to make a new offer but, until now, no [they haven't]."

There may however be a problem in the future, as Moreno's transfer rights could be owned by a third party.
