Erik ten Hag sends message to Jadon Sancho after Dortmund move
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has sent his good wishes to Jadon Sancho following his short-term loan move to Borussia Dortmund.
The Englishman fell out with the head coach earlier this campaign and he said that he was being made a scapegoat after being dropped against Arsenal.
As a result, he was indefinitely suspended by the club after refusing to apologise. Sancho has now rejoined Dortmund on a temporary basis.
Shortly after the move, Ten Hag said: "I hope he's doing well, so I wish him the best of good luck. That's it. I hope he's doing well and he'll be a success."
Sancho has no future at United under Ten Hag and he is widely expected to leave in the summer if the Dutchman continues to remain in the job.
Dortmund wanted to include a buy option in his loan deal, but United were not willing to include one, considering his valuation drop recently.
United are hoping that Sancho can prove a success in Germany such that they can command a significant transfer package this summer.
