Arsenal & Man Utd ready to meet price for Dutch star

Joshua Zirkzee news

Zirkzee wanted by EPL giants

Arsenal and Manchester United are prepared to meet the transfer demands to sign Bologna striker Joshua Zirkzee at the end of the campaign.

Zirkzee has eight goals and four assists to his name this season and his performances have grabbed attention of both Premier League teams.

Neither can afford to sign him in the current transfer window while Bologna are also adamant that he won't be available for a potential sale.

Hence, they are prepared to wait until the summer and it is reported that the duo are willing to meet the valuation on the table from Bologna.

The Serie A outfit are looking for a higher fee than the €40m buy-back clause which Bayern have at their disposal for the Dutch striker.

Both Arsenal and United are ready to 'guarantee' such a fee for Zirkzee, who has his sights on joining a bigger club in the summer.

Zirkzee looks well suited for the Premier League with his aerial presence, hold-up play and ability to dribble past opponents with pace.
