Arsenal agree deal to offload Belgian midfielder
Arsenal have reached an agreement with Sevilla for the potential sale of midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Belgium midfielder spent the recent campaign on loan with Luton Town where he was impressive with his performances in the centre of the park.
He is now expected to make the switch to La Liga with Sevilla. The La Liga outfit have agreed to sign him on loan with an option to buy for €12m.
The Gunners were initially looking for around €15m for the Belgian, but have agreed to compensate on the figure. Lokonga has also accepted the proposal.
Aside from Lokonga, the north London giants are also preparing to part ways with several other players. They could offload Nuno Tavares very soon.
The Portuguese has already received an offer from Lazio in Serie A. They have agreed to sign him on loan with an obligation to buy for €9m in the summer.
