Man Utd handed boost with 25yo back in full training
Manchester United have been handed a boost with Tyrell Malacia back in full training ahead of the Premier League game against Tottenham Hotspur.
The Red Devils have had a poor week with back-to-back draws and they will be aiming to make amends with a victory over Spurs at Old Trafford.
Ahead of Sunday's game, United don't have any fresh injury issues. There is good news as Malacia is nearing his comeback to the matchday squad.
The Dutchman has not played a competitive game since May last year. He underwent a knee surgery in the 2023 pre-season which was unsuccessful.
After multiple setbacks, Malacia has returned to team training and it may not be long before he is involved in the matchday squads with United.
Luke Shaw has also been on the sidelines with a calf problem in recent weeks, but he is not expected to train until after the international break.
United face a must-win game against Spurs on Sunday afternoon, given they are already four points behind the Champions League positions.
