Arne Slot speaks on Liverpool injury blow ahead of Chelsea clash

Liverpool manager Arne Slot has said that the club are looking into Alisson Becker's injury situation ahead of the Premier League clash against Chelsea this weekend.
The Brazil international picked up a hamstring injury against Crystal Palace before the international break and he is now expected to be sidelined for several weeks.
Caoimhin Kelleher is expected to deputise for him against Chelsea on Sunday and ahead of the game, Slot said that the Reds are assessing the reason behind Alisson's setback.
He said: "We are looking into it and what could be the reason. One of the things that we all know is that if you've had one, then the chances of getting another one always go up so we've tried to be really careful with him."
The Merseyside giants have had a tremendous start to the campaign and they have accumulated 18 points from a possible 21 in the Premier League thus far.
The Reds face a stern challenge against Chelsea at home. It is a must-win for them if they want to remain top of the table ahead of Manchester City and Arsenal.
City will host Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday afternoon while the Gunners will be away to Bournemouth in the late kick-off.
