Liverpool told to pay £32m to sign 21yo winger

Liverpool have been told to pay £32 million to sign Lyon attacker Rayan Cherki during the January transfer window.
The Merseyside giants had a quiet summer where they made just one outfield signing in the form of Federico Chiesa from Juventus.
Chiesa has been a huge disappointment due to his injuries and manager Arne Slot has urged the hierarchy to bolster the attack again.
Cherki could be on his way out of Lyon in January. The Ligue 1 side need to recoup plenty of funds or they could be relegated.
They have been handed a provisional relegation to the second tier and that would materialise if they can't balance their books.
Cherki was available for around £15m last summer. Fulham made a proposal for him, but he declined to sign for them.
His valuation has since increased with his impressive form and Les Gones are now set to demand £32m to sanction his sale.
Liverpool can expect competition for the talented Frenchman. Paris Saint-Germain are also planning an approach for him.
