Barcelona enter race to sign Chelsea attacker

Barcelona have reportedly entered the race to sign Chelsea attacker Christopher Nkunku ahead of the January transfer window.
The France international has had a difficult career with the Blues. He has yet to become a Premier League regular for the London giants.
Nkunku has played second fiddle to Nicolas Jackson up front in the league. He is said to be frustrated by the situation under manager Enzo Maresca.
His agents are speaking with interested clubs and Sport claim that Barcelona have entered the pursuit to land the former RB Leipzig forward.
The Blaugrana are in a tough financial situation at the moment and they are most likely to propose a loan deal with an option to buy next summer.
Chelsea have not ruled out the possible exit of Nkunku. The Blues are expected to demand at least €60 million to sanction his departure.
The Blues have exceeded expectations this campaign and they are presently second in the standings with a four-point deficit to leaders Liverpool.
