Chelsea centre-back expected to leave this winter
Chelsea centre-back Axel Disasi is expected to leave before the transfer deadline in early February, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Frenchman has been a fringe player for the Blues this campaign and he has largely started in the Cup competitions under manager Enzo Maresca.
With Trevoh Chabolah being recalled, Disasi has decided to secure a new challenge away from the west London giants in the coming days.
Juventus were linked with the former Monaco man earlier this month, but the Bianconeri have changed their focus to alternative transfer targets.
Disasi is still expected to head for the exit door. He could depart on an initial loan deal with a possible option to buy at the end of the campaign.
Alongside him, Tosin Adarabioyo could be on the move as well.
Brighton & Hove Albion have made contact to land the former Fulham man. He is open to pursuing a new challenge for regular game time.
Chelsea could grant his departure alongside Disasi in the near future following the emergence of Josh Acheampong from the academy.
