Chelsea handed boost in signing Alejandro Garnacho?
Chelsea have been handed a boost in signing Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho during the ongoing transfer window.
The Argentina international had a good season with the Red Devils, registering 21 goal contributions from 58 appearances.
Despite this, he has been told to move on by manager Ruben Amorim. Garnacho has had a public fallout with the Portuguese.
The Blues are one of his main admirers, and they have been handed a boost with Garnacho determined to continue in England next term.
The likes of Napoli and Inter Milan have been linked with the 21-year-old, but Garnacho wants to continue his career in the Premier League.
Chelsea have already signed Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens this summer, but they are open to landing another wide player in the near future.
United previously valued Garnacho in the region of £60 million, but there is an acceptance that they may not receive above £40m this summer.
Aston Villa and Arsenal are also monitoring his situation.
