Aston Villa want Dunne

Aston Villa are reportedly interested in landing Man City defender Richard Dunne. The City player has been the subject of interest from several clubs this summer, even including Arsenal.

Dunne is believed to be happy with the way Thaksin Shinawatra is running the Citizens, and is desperate to leave the club.

The lure of a bigger club will be hard for Dunne to refuse, especially at this late stage of his career.

Dunne will be allowed to leave for £4 million.
