Premier League titans Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea are tracking Jeanuel Belocian, as the 20-year-old France under-21 international has been told that he is free to leave Bundesliga club Bayern Leverkusen. The versatile youngster can operate as a centre-back or central midfielder, and this utility appeals to both the Reds, Blues and Cityzens, whom are looking to add more youth prospects their their squad prior the beginning of the Premier League season.
Belocian spent his formative years playing for French club Rennes, ultimately making his debut for the first-team in 2022 and going on to appear 32 times in Ligue 1. Leverkusen purchased the 20-year-old in 2024 for a fee of around 6.5 million euros and are now ready to cash in after just five Bundesliga appearances. A report from Germany suggest the Premier League duo will need to pay at least 20 million euros to secure the defender's signature.
Newly appointed Leverkusen manager Erik ten Hag has been impressed with Belocian's performances in training, but with the big money arrival of Jarell Quansah, Ten Hag is ready to let the Frenchman leave the club.
