Eze staying at Crystal Palace for now

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner would not be drawn on speculation that Eberechi Eze has played his last game for the Eagles, as his club pulled off an excellent 0-0 draw at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea at the weekend. Eze has been linked with a move to either Arsenal or Tottenham, with Spurs believed to be in pole position to sign the Englishman.
Eze scored a fine goal from a free kick that was ultimately disallowed by VAR, but again the star showed why he is so highly rated by many top clubs.
Glasner would like to keep Eze for the new season, and when asked about the player said: "Eberechi Eze, as much as I know has a contract with Crystal Palace, he is a Crystal Palace player.
"He showed it today and as long as he is a Crystal Palace player and he performs like this, he will play for us and nobody has told me anything else.
"He was picked because he is a Crystal Palace player and he is a very good Crystal Palace player, he trained all week, so there was no reason not to pick him."
