Man Utd handed huge blow with midfielder set to miss Aston Villa clash

Manchester United have been handed a huge blow with midfielder Casemiro set to miss the Premier League clash against Aston Villa on the road on Sunday.

The Brazil international has been a key player in the centre of the park for the Red Devils, but he won't be involved in this weekend's league encounter at Villa Park.

Casemiro picked up his fifth yellow card of the league campaign during the thrilling 4-4 draw against Bournemouth, and he is therefore suspended for one match.

In his absence, manager Ruben Amorim has a big decision to make. Kobbie Mainoo came on as a substitute for Casemiro against the Cherries yesterday.

However, Mainoo has been vulnerable when it comes to defensive transitions and there is a possibility that Manuel Ugarte could get the nod as well.

United are currently two points behind the Premier League top four. They face a daunting challenge against Villa, who have won six league games on the trot.
