Man Utd & Spurs ready to spend £26m on German winger

Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are ready to spend big to sign Koln winger Said El Mala at the end of the campaign, as per Bild.
The German has built his reputation with his standout displays for Koln this campaign. He has already bagged six goals and three assists in his debut season for the Bundesliga outfit.
United and Spurs have both contacted Koln with the help of intermediaries and they have assured to pay big money for the 19-year-old. They are willing to spend between £26-35 million.
El Mala is also attracting interest from the likes of Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona, but the youngster has his sights on moving to the Premier League in the future.
Hence, United and Spurs have a clear advantage in the player's pursuit and it remains to be seen whether they can strike an agreement with Koln, who will only do business in the summer.
Koln have no desire to negotiate a mid-season transfer.
