Man Utd suffer massive Bruno Fernandes injury blow

Manchester United have suffered a massive blow with midfielder Bruno Fernandes sidelined for the next few weeks with a hamstring injury.
The Portugal international sustained the damage in the opening half against Aston Villa on the road, and he managed to carry on playing until the break.
However, he was substituted at the interval and manager Ruben Amorim has confirmed that the club captain will be unavailable for a while.
He said: "It is soft tissue so it is going to take a while".
The news is a huge setback for the Mancunian giants, who are facing a tough race to qualify for European football during the 2026/27 season.
The club are not playing in Europe this campaign, and a similar setback could hamper their prospects of signing their desired targets next summer.
United are presently only three points behind fourth-placed Chelsea, but Fernandes' absence leaves a huge void to fill in terms of goal contributions.
