Man Utd want to sign Leipzig star after Semenyo blow

Manchester United are reportedly keen on landing RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande after missing out on Bournemouth star Antoine Semenyo.
The Red Devils were keen on landing Semenyo from the Cherries last month, but the Ghanaian has snubbed the club to join Manchester City instead.
As a result, United need to pursue an alternative solution and Sky Sport Germany claim that Diomande has emerged as the latest transfer target.
The 19-year-old signed for the Bundesliga outfit from Leganes last summer and has been a revelation with seven goals and four assists from 16 games.
His form has grabbed the eye of United as well as Bayern and there could be a bidding battle between the pair for his services in January or next summer.
Leipzig would ideally prefer to keep the attacker this term, but they are unlikely to block his departure if they receive around £52 million this winter.
Diomande is presently away on international duty with the Ivory Coast.
