Barcelona make Marcus Rashford buy decision

Barcelona have decided to trigger the buy clause in the loan contract of Manchester United star Marcus Rashford this summer.
Rashford signed for the La Liga giants on a season-long loan last summer, and has been a revelation for them with 23 goal contributions thus far.
Barcelona tried to negotiate a discount on the clause this winter, but United made it clear that they want the entire fee in one payment.
Sport now claim that the Blaugrana have decided to activate the buy option as they believe they can't find a similar player for the same price.
Rashford is viewed as a big bargain signing for his £26 million buy clause, and he will be handed a three-year contract this summer.
United interim manager Michael Carrick is open to reuniting with Rashford if he were to secure the permanent head coach position.
That seems unlikely to happen any longer. Barcelona are prepared to make the outlay required to purchase Rashford at the end of June.
