Chelsea ready to pay €70m to sign Brazilian star?

Chelsea are reportedly negotiating the transfer of Real Madrid winger Rodrygo ahead of the summer.

The Blues have stumbled in the Premier League over the past few weeks and have picked up only two points from the last three matches.

They are suddenly sixth in the league standings and could miss out on Champions League football if the winless streak continues.

Amidst this, Fichajes claim that the west London giants are looking into the future and have their sights on landing Rodrygo from Los Blancos.

The Blues are willing to spend €70 million on the highly-rated Brazilian, who can comfortably operate from either wing or as a striker.

Rodrygo's arrival at the Blues could coincide with a big-money exit. Alejandro Garnacho could be shown the exit door in the summer.

The Argentine has failed to impress since his big switch from Manchester United and could be sold when the transfer window reopens.

He has been linked with a potential move to Serie A.
