Man Utd going all out to sign 23yo Chelsea target

Manchester United are going all out to sign Chelsea target Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest at the end of the campaign, as per The Sun.

The Red Devils are poised to strengthen their midfield department in the summer with Casemiro set to leave the club on a free transfer deal.

Anderson is one of the top names on their radar and reports claim that United are prepared to do everything to bring him to Old Trafford in the summer.

Manchester City and Chelsea are also keen admirers of the player and it has been repeatedly claimed that the former are front-runners to land him.

However, the Cityzens are not planning an approach for the 23-year-old unless Rodri can't get back to his old self over the next couple of months.

Hence, a move is not guaranteed from the Cityzens and United could sign Anderson instead with Champions League football. They could guarantee him a starting role in defensive midfield with Casemiro's exit.
