Chelsea ready to beat Brighton to German winger

Chelsea are prepared to beat Brighton & Hove Albion to the signing of German winger Said El Mala this summer.

The west London giants are expected to bolster their attack further this summer and have identified El Mala as a top target.

The Blues have also made contact with his entourage and seem prepared to beat Brighton to the player's signature this summer.

El Mala has netted 10 goals in his debut Bundesliga season with Koln and the German outfit are open to selling him for €40 million.

Chelsea have plenty of wingers in their ranks at the moment and the arrival of El Mala may coincide with a potential summer exit.

The Blues are also expected to bolster several other options including the midfield department. Enzo Fernandez is widely expected to leave.

Fernandez has his sights on joining Real Madrid at the end of the season, and the Blues have already started the process for a replacement.
