Man Utd planning to sign three midfielders?

Manchester United could enter the transfer market for three midfielders during the summer transfer window, according to The Telegraph.

Casemiro is set to leave on a free transfer when his contract expires this summer. United have no plans on reversing their decision on him.

The Telegraph now claim that United are lining up moves for at least two midfielders to make up for the departure of Casemiro later this year.

The club are almost guaranteed Champions League football next season and will require a bigger squad to get through potential injury concerns.

The same outlet claim that the club could increase their midfield signings to three if Manuel Ugarte heads for the exit door during the summer.

Ugarte has played sparingly and could leave for regular game time. Juventus are said to be interested in signing the Uruguayan ace.
