Arsenal preparing move to sign £51m winger

Arsenal are preparing an approach to sign RB Leipzig winger Antonio Nusa this summer, according to Caught Offside.

The Gunners are expected to bolster their left wing department, and they are planning to make a couple of signings.

It is now claimed that Nusa has emerged as a target for the Gunners, and they are prepared to make a formal transfer bid.

Arsenal are prepared to spend around £34m on the attacker, but Leipzig are unlikely to accept such a low proposal.

The Bundesliga giants are said to be eyeing at least £51m and may not entertain anything less for his services.

The Gunners were impressed by the attacker's displays at the World Cup and it remains to be seen whether they meet the fee.

They are likely to face competition with Premier League rivals Liverpool also keen on landing the former Club Brugge man.

Both clubs have made contact with his entourage and it appears Arsenal could make the first approach to Leipzig for him.
